Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy for Délumeo

At Délumeo, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated and imported products. Due to the nature of our collections and limited inventory sourcing, we maintain a strict No Return Policy.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


 

1. No Return Policy

All purchases made through Délumeo are final sale.

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by customer
Preference changes after delivery
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or packaging
Delay caused by courier/logistics partners

As many of our products are curated and internationally sourced, slight differences in appearance, packaging, or finishing may occur due to manufacturing batches and international transit. Such variations are not considered defects.


 

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges will only be considered if:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product
The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.


 

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any damage, defect, or incorrect item claim, customers must provide:

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting before opening the package
Visible shipping label in the video
Clear evidence of the issue

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange or refund consideration.


 

4. Exchange Approval Process

If your claim is approved:

We may offer a replacement product, subject to stock availability; or
Store credit equivalent to the purchase value; or
Refund to the original payment method (only where replacement is unavailable)

Délumeo reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution after review.


 

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not entered processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange unless delivered damaged or incorrect:

Sale / discounted products
Limited edition collections
Imported exclusive collections
Gift cards
Personalized/customized items

 

7. Refund Timelines

Where a refund is approved, processing timelines are typically:

UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
Cards / Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Actual timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
