All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Please note:

Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day
During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended
Orders flagged for payment verification through Shopify may require additional confirmation before dispatch

 

2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance and local conditions.


 

3. Imported / Curated Product Dispatch Delays

As Délumeo offers curated and internationally sourced products, certain items may occasionally require extended dispatch timelines due to:

International sourcing schedules
Customs clearance delays
Supplier processing timelines
Transit disruptions

Where extended dispatch applies, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).


 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Orders returned due to address issues may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges

 

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery remains unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or non-response:

The order may be returned to us
Reshipping charges may apply
No cancellation or refund will be issued solely due to failed delivery attempts

 

9. Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If your package appears visibly damaged upon arrival:

Record an unboxing video
Take clear photographs of the outer packaging
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.


 

10. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to:

Order confirmation verification
Limited serviceability by region
Additional shipping fees
